Great package fiddlegirl8!!!  All of the baskets are super cute!

I received an AMAZING package from my partner Eclectic Dreamer on Monday.  I'm sorry it took me so long to post pictures, this week has been much more of a train wreck than I expected.

She made a really beautiful basket.  I love black with vibrant colors and she found some amazing fabric.  I really love it!  She also did an amazing job centering the fabric!  I always try to work with fabrics where it doesn't matter if you center something...lol.  Smiley

She also sent me four coasters straight off my pinterest!  I love them - so cute and nautical.  Cheesy

I had asked for Christmas ornaments in my questionnaire and she sent me really cute bear ornaments and M&M ornaments.  She also included a tiny notebook made from a paint chip.

Thank you so much for the awesome package!!!  I love everything!

Eclectic Dreamer, I love that basket!  The fabric is wonderful!  The coasters are really cool (did you just happen to have that rope on hand?)  Great package!

Leslie: I did happen to have enough on hand for one coaster, but had to purchase more. As I remember, the tutorial said to use a hot glue gun... but if anybody wants to try the coasters, I suggest using fabric glue. It worked much better. I got the "rope" from the Home Decor section.

Zkatom: Your pics look great Smiley I saved them so I have copies too. I'm glad you liked everything, and my bears get a new home that will appreciate them.

Those nautical themed coasters are very nice. Buying your cord at the Home decor section is a good idea...

Since my swap-along partner is having trouble posting pictures, I will post my pictures of what I sent to her.  Here's the whole package:

The zippered pouch features a strawberry fabric, because she had something similar on her pinterest; I embellished it with a felt strawberry applique.  I also made her two sets of beaded bobby pins, because she said she would like to receive some sort of hair ornament.  I used linen and a line of fabric called "French General" to make the basket.  I'm pleased with how everything came out.

Here's a close-up of the basket:

A LOVELY fabric basket swap package, Leslie!  I always fall in love with the things you make - you are a sewing (and hair jewelry) artist!!  As a former partner of yours, I can say with first-hand knowledge, YOU ROCK!!   Cool
