Ha, that's great! I want a boyfriend who would support my crafting like that!

I received my GDs from sweety last week, and have finally been able to get pics uploaded...



Yay for red, purple, and pink to add to my stash! I wasn't liking my original plan for putting together my GDs, so I ripped it out. Now I think I'm going to do a rainbow-esque blanket with all of them once I have enough. While sorting out my colors, I found that I have over twice the amount of blues than any other color! Red, purple, and pink were the colors most lacking, so I was pretty happy when I opened the envelope.  I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the variegated ones I have. I've been considering either using them for a border around the main rainbow part, or else doing a separate project with them.

He was the one that suggested it.. lol It was very frustrating at the beginning. -"Okay, Now wrap the yarn around the hook, NO NO! The other way." I wish I wouldve taken pictures. lol

Great new additions to the gallery! Love the variety of colors.

indigo_roses, my blanket will be color blocks (it'll have pinks and browns, so it's not really a "rainbow"). I've been collecting my GDs in solid color groups (I have at least 90 of each color group!). I'm leaning towards stripes of color, although if I can figure out a way to make it look good, I may do a spiral effect.

And, I'm going to attempt to leave feedback right now. I'm still at work (off the clock) killing time until a 7 pm meeting. My records are all at home, so if your feedback seems wrong, let me know!
