YUM!!!  Looks delicious - I can almost taste it!!  Maybe I will make this for the Oscars - we are having a silly "dress up as a character from a nominated movie" night at my mom's - I'm sure this would be a hit!

Hi buffalogirl.  I got the fresh andouille and chorizo from Fresh Market and the smoked andouille from Wal Mart of all places.  It was near the bacon.

This looks so fabulous - I've always wanted paella but it seemed way to complicated.  You make it look easy!

And, I, too, have been surprised by the variety of foods I can find at Wal-Mart when I need "unusual" ingredients.
