Hopefully you all have a wonderful and special Valentine’s day this year. If you wish to give you love one a memorable gifts for the future years, I have a DIY project ideas for you that will do the trick. I knew it because I made this for my husband and all he does at work is bragging about his unique handmade gifts.

I picked a very simple design pattern which only require 3 steps. Any entry level knitter will know these basic steps: the cast-on, the basic stitches and the cast-off/ bind-off method. My scarf is 38 stitches wide and I lost count of how many rows I did for this scarf. All I remember is I knit 6 hours every day for 7 days straight. It is like another full time job!
