I don't think I've ever posted on this board before -- this is so exciting! I realize felt food has been done a thousand times over (and none of this stuff is revolutionary) but I had a ton of fun making some felt goodiees for my Goddaughter and wanted to share.

Breakfast -- bacon and eggs, and pancakes with syrup and butter:

Carrots and a few citrus slices -- since taking these photos, I have also made some peapods:

Chocolate chip cookies and frosted cookies:

The whole shebang together:

Thanks for looking!  Smiley

I can't imagine the time it would take to do so many little chocolate chips on so many cookies?  Is everything hand-sewn?  And how long does it take to make a simple item versus a more complex?

It is all hand sewn - honestly, I have been making these in the evenings when I sit in front of the tv. I usually average one or two food items per night. The citrus wedges actually took the longest as there are a few layers and some embroidery involved. I love projects that allow me to watch evening sitcoms as I work on them!

Hgddm, these are a lot like Pringles -- once you pop you can't stop! You'd have a blast making some. Cheesy There's something satisfying about making little food.

These are great! Think I will have to start collecting ideas, suspect these could be very popular in our house in a year or so...
