I saw that tutorial a while back, but was discouraged because it didn't look very neat.  I LOVE yours!  Great job!

I never thought to combine watercolour, stitching and stamping into a cute bookmark.  Gotta do that the next time I make a nice bookmark.

Thanks everyone!  I'm glad you like it, curious coffee!  And actually the "read" isn't a stamp.  I just wrote it on there with a pen.  ^_^  Definitely a deviance from my normal all caps hand writing that I use on a daily basis.  The wire one is a stroke of genius I had last Friday.  I was sitting there with all my paper in front of me feeling uninspired, when the beading side of me hit me.  Wire!

I love that fabric one!  Thanks for sharing the tute for it!

I got my bookmarks from jillybeans today!

The first is a wire one with lots of fibery, ribbony goodness and some cutie beads. I feel like I'm 6 again (which is a good thing Cheesy ).

The second is a gorgeous watercolor. I love the colors! Unfortunately, the PO bent it a bit. Cry It's still beautiful, though, and I'll use the heck out of it!

Thanks so much, jilly! I love both bookmarks so much! I'll leave you with an action shot of all the bookmarks I've received thus far playing together:

The swap anxiety! It burns!

I received my awesome bookmarks from jillybeans today! I love them!

My neighbor is my crafting sounding board and I told her about this swap, she was very interested. Well, we went to the mailbox at the same time and I saw the envelope and I think she was more excited than I was! lol We promptly admired them and when I got home, I saw that she had taken the wire one. I took her some flavored coffee creamer and got the bookmark back. Grin Thank you Jillybeans!

(Can't figure out what my hubby did with the camera so I had to scan again.)

Funny, I don't remember being absentminded...

I need a skein (two would be great) of Knit Picks Gloss Bare sock weight to finish a shawl.
