That Mountain and Clouds, she so silly.  Of course she has all her bookmarks done and sent.  And whenever she sends stuff to me, I always get it in a couple days, so I've very happily expecting an new bookmark soon!

I got an envelope full of swap anxiety in the mail today!
The lovely and talented Mountains and Clouds sent me 2(!) gorgeous bookmarks. The first is hand-stamped (including the background) with hand-carved stamps. I love the bright colors and the houndstooth pattern! The second is a gorgeous watercolor of her favorite swimming beach on O'ahu: Kalama Beach (she lives in Hawaii). I have a favorite swimming beach, too...2000 miles away! All jealousy aside, this is a gorgeous bookmark, almost too pretty to hide in a book. Both have hand-stitching which makes my tactile little heart so happy!

I also received from Mountains and Clouds today! My hubby took the camera on a business trip so I can't take pictures right now but I love my bookmarks! I'll take pics when I get the camera.

The one she made for me is a beautiful pic of a full moon through tree branches (one of my favorite things in the whole world) and a bookmark of the swimming beach like Brackish Potato posted.
