Due to the fact that it's winter, I haven't been doing much henna....it's really no fun doing henna when you can't show it off because you're so cold you have to be bundled up.  lol

That being said, I've been focusing a bit more on nail art.

I haven't been taking very many photos of it, but here's a monarch butterfly design I did (based off one I found somewhere online, but the photo has been lost to me now :/) a couple months back:

(oh, and please excuse my chewed up looking nails/cuticles....a big part of the reason why I do more intricate designs on my nails is because it encourages me not to bite them.....this design was done right after I had bitten them up a bit, heh  :/)

Thank you for looking! <3

These are gorgeous, girl! I should do this too...I obsessively clip my nails and cuticles, but making them all pretty might help. Nice work! Thanks for sharing Smiley

Thank you! Smiley
Yeah, right now my nails are all super long...I'm so proud of myself for not biting them down  XDDD
It really does help though!!

And it's really not all too difficult...the hardest part was just painting my left hand (I'm left handed, lol).  I have the nail polish that has the thin tip--from there, it's pretty simple.  I painted each nail orange on bottom, yellow on top,  waited for it to dry, then did black outlining.  I outlined the whole nail, then did 3 diagonals from top left to bottom right, and one diagonal going from halfway down the right side, down to the bottom left corner.  Then filled the bottom in with black, added a few white dots and a clear top coat, and voila!  c( :

Very pretty!

Thank you!! <3
