I took an old embroidery hoop, sprayed it gold, then took some green and gold sari fabric I got on my trip to India and then pinned all my vintage brooches on it.  I like that they aren't lying around in some box where I can't enjoy them and it makes it easier to pick and cheese them when I want to wear them.

Ugly. Is irrelevant. It is an immeasurable insult to a woman, and then supposedly the worst crime you can commit as a woman. But ugly, as beautiful, is an illusion. - Margaret Cho

That's a fantastic idea! What a great way to store your brooches and have a bit of wall art at the same time

BRILLIANT!  For years I've hung vintage hats on the wall as an art arrangement, I am so stealing this idea so I can add my vintage jewelry to the mix. THANKS

I have all my brooches and clips stuffed up in a box and every time I want one I have to invert the box and put down the contents so that I can select the one that goes with my outfit!! I have a couple of hoops that I can make use of now Smiley Thanks for the idea.. !
