I like the bird, and I am terrified of birds so that is saying a lot!

I love them!  So I have a question for you ATC girls with the ink and watercolor looking ATCs... I just started up drawing with ink and got a couple of pigment pens in varying widths and three colored ones.  What do you guys use for your colors?  I was looking at trying staedlers 3000 duo something or others... and then I havent ever even used water color markers for anything, and rarely watercolors in general, but I want to learn to color like you guys and some others do... any suggestions? or helpful websites/vids?

julyschild: thank you!

faemystique: I don't have a specific technique. When I work with watercolour, I draw a simple sketch with a pencil, then colour it with water colour -and I find strong colour stains work better in this case - and when it dries I add detail with a pen. With graphic markers it's a similar process, only I do the ink details after the pencil sketch, wait a few minutes, erase the pencil marks and then colour, working from light to dark. Hope that helps!
