My son was asking me this week if you can get grass stains on your knees. He wanted to know why and then went on to say it would be neat to colour things with grass. When I explained that green is actually a difficult colour to find in the natural world, that green leaves and such produce yellow, brown and even red dyes he was FASCINATED! LOL junior scientist on the case. We'll have to spend the summer experimenting with this.
