This is an awesome package I received today! I just about flipped it's so wicked.

SO here is a lovely Victorian Silhouette.. I love it, the colours are fabulous... and the craftsmanship is impeccable.

Here is an amazing Steamship! I know right? It's totally cool!

Then a clock, which is also sewn ( you are one talented lady with a machine lemme tell you!) I am so impressed with this. You are just great.

I received an AWESOME package from bookstorebabe yesterday.

It came in a big box and was very carefully wrapped...




The whole lot together:

A very pretty piece to hang on my wall:


Going along with the naturalist tendencies of the Victorians, which I love.  She made a reusable planner cover and a little box.  I don't think the picture does it justice, but the box is this gorgeous purpley-gold color.  Just the right size to hold some of my jewelry!


Next, bookstorebabe took a spice rack, painted parts of it copper and green and modified the bottles, filling them with sewing notions and office supplies, which I think is a really clever way of storing things!

And finally, the pièce de résistance: An emergency gun to ward off airship pirates!

Yay! I'm glad you liked it! And I'm glad it got there in one piece-I was nervous about shipping so much glass. thefourthwall had a ton of bubble wrap and tape to undo!

Great loot!! I love the airship pirate gun.... that is such a great idea.


And everyone prepare to be amazed. I received my package today, albeit a little (ok, a lot) battered, and it was full of GREAT stuff.

First up, A most fabulous melted crayon picture! I love these and have several on my pintrest. This one matches my room perfectly! I don't know how K guessed it... but she's a guineas!


Second... This beautiful coat hanger! Now... I doubt it will be used for coats... I picture necklaces adorning this beauty!


Next up... beautiful crochet bits! I will be using these in fascinators for sure!!


And just because she is amazing ... I have to post this. We did a side personal swap for a crocheted hat for my boyfriend.... isn't it amazing!

I am so jealous of her crochet skills!

I love every piece!!! Hopefully she should be getting her package today too... and hopefully the post office remembered to treat it gently.
