To make these cards, I just took a picture of my daughter holding a PVC pipe. Then I printed the pictures and glued them on some construction paper.  We punched a hole in the picture at the top of the PVC pipe and inserted a sucker.  This was a really easy card to make and my seven year old loved working on it. We got the idea from the Disney Family Fun website.
