I finished another project for jemimah tonight. It turned out a bit more wonky than I had planned  Undecided. Let's just say it has personality.

I've been waiting for some supplies that I ordered a few weeks ago. They are taking forever but I just realized I had some ____ in my stash that I can use to start another project. Yippeee!!

NICE!

So, I've been searching for fabric to replace the out of stock one that I had ordered and I am having the hardest time!!  Who knew it would be so difficult to find _____ fabric with ____ _____??  I'm not giving up yet, though!!  In the meantime, I have a couple of things I'm going to start on this weekend.

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

It's too bad there isn't a feature to hide a post from a particular user so that I could say something like "Does anyone have a 1/2 yard worth of _____ themed fabric with purple ______ they would be willing to swap in a personal swap so I can make a _____ for my partner?" I suppose there is way too much danger it would get misused. With all the amazing stash pictures I have seen on Craftster, there has to be somebody out there with the fabric you want.

yea, I was thinking that someone out there probably has the fabric I need.  It actually shouldn't be nearly as difficult to find as it apparently is.  Isn't that always the way?  I had a similar problem for Halloween this year - my daughter wanted a gangster costume.  So I needed blue/white or black/white pinstripe fabric.  Seems easy enough, right?  Took forever to find!  Ah well, I'm sure I'll find something that works!
