Where in the world can I find black cotton sateen?

There is a Beaux Arts Gala coming up in two months and the dress code is black and white formal. I am hoping to make my own black dress and I want it to be out of cotton sateen, but I have no idea where I could find any. Anyone have any suggestions on where to find it?

Thank you so much! I never thought to check out Hancock Fabrics! We don't have one in Fargo so it never even crossed my mind!
