I'm in my final year of fashion design in college, and we have to produce 3-5 full outfits for the year end fashion show. I chose to base my collection on Mortal Kombat. Over the last 4 weeks I've developed the pattern, made muslin samples of each garment, and finally got to the end of making it in final fabrics. I'm relatively proud with how it all went, and minus a few issues resulting from the construction it's exactly how I wanted it to look.

Made the jacket, dress, and waist belt.

Thanks for looking!

That is kickass!!  The inspiration comes through very clearly, and your style is awesome.  Hope you'll post the others here as well!

It's the only one I've done so far. Start outfit #2 this week, and outfit #3 next month. I'll post them here as they're finished.

Can I just say, awesome? What a fantastic idea for your collection, and the outfit definitely doesn't disappoint. I particularly love that even though your inspiration is pretty far from the everyday, the outfit is totally ready to be rocked on a day out! I look forward to seeing your other designs!
