I wanted to to try something new with crocheted jewlery.  I've made several pieces with wire, but I wanted to try something else.  I made this necklace with five stands of crochet cotton, made with a slip stitch.  The focal piece is made of peyote stitch with a fringe attached.

That's funny someone said it looks like cotton candy because that was one of the first thoughts that popped in my mind when I first saw it! What a beautiful piece of jewelry! So Springy/Eastery!

Cotton Candy club here! Looks so delicious. I love decorated peyote tubes used as focal pieces and the yarn works very well with the pendant. Love to see more like this!
