I'm going away in April for a 3 week holiday and I'll be visiting a friend along the way. I'm traveling by myself and I'm going over seas to South Korea. As a silly negotiation towards my friend I said i would make him desserts if he took me to the places I wanted to go. And I'd like to just make something for him.

However.. He doesnt have an oven and even though I want to be lazy and just shove ice cream down this mouth, it wouldn't be as fun. So I was curious if any of you would like to share some ideas of a no bake recipe with me? Something easy and simple and you can do it in a foreign country, haha.

I tried google, but the recipes sounded a bit odd to me.

So any help or advice would be awesome. Smiley

Do you have a favorite pudding?  Maybe do a search for no bake bar cookies.  There are a lot of recipes out there.  If I had one to share, I would!

Aw, thanks. I might have to actually make a no bake cookie. I just wasn't sure what they were like.

I think the grocery store may have a few no bake box mixes if you'll have room in your luggage.

There are several no bake cheesecake recipes out there.  I've made this one before (I've seen it alternately described as a no bake cheesecake and as a more generic "icebox pie".)  It's delicious! http://allrecipes.com/recipe/fluffy-white-chocolate-cheesecake/
