I have these bootie style slippers that are down filled but there's nothing on the bottom but two thin pieces of fabric.  What a crazy design!  You totally feel the cold through the floor AND they're not very soft to walk around in either.  I was thinking about cutting some foam inserts to put inside, but when I tried standing on some of my craft foam, it seemed pretty hard.  Anyone have any ideas?
