Valentine Scrapbook

For Christmas, I got this new tool, the Cinch. I've been practicing binding the kids artwork. Since I'm a bit of a packrat and I've held onto all the boys school artwork for years, I decided to make a couple of spiral bound books full of the the kids art. The covers and backs with the cute little laminated flowers I get each year for Mother's Day.  The boys really enjoyed seeing their work preserved but now they want their own scrapbooks.

Using the covers of this years valentine card box and the bits of construction paper in their cabinet, I made this little book which my son took over and started filling with cutouts and old valentine's day cards. The only difficulty I had was trimming the construction paper.


Now to make a Toy Story and Cars Valentine Card journal.
