Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

Is there a fabric ink pad or do you have to get some sort of brayer?

I think there are some ink pads that say they are good on fabric.  I found this link for comparison of some:

I made this a while back for _Kitkatpro for the heroes and villains swap, but she never got it... Sad yet another package lost by Canada Post... It took me quite a while as it was the first thing I've cross-stitched in about six years, I was quite happy with it.

Wow--it is really so neatly and nicely done!  I love the simple design to pop out the Dr. Who and the Tardis...I hope someone is enjoying it...you could make one for yourself now or another Dr. Who fan since you have the experience now! Grin

I'm going to take a kick at a Doctor Who quilt, which I expect to be the death of meas I want to do some serious embroidery work on it, so I don't think I'll be making another cross stitch for a while. However, I definitely intend to continue crafting Doctor Who, I just caught up and now I'm 150% obsessed with it! lol

So I made this bracelet:

It features two hearts per Tardis and a handy dandy sonic screwdriver Wink

It is so detailed! Love the colors of it all!

I sort of kicked my Dr. Who embroidered quilt to the curb for a while as well...I am up to Dr. 7 and just got tired of it...I might pick up on it again this winter (or while watching the new season!)... Grin
