I like that crossbody hax! I love being able to separate stuff in pockets, dividers, or whatnot's.
Still plan on finishing my Halloween bag but I am concentrating on the IYP swap right now. Plan to get back to it soonish.  Embarrassed

plaidpineapple--you could always make sort of a pouch and then just add an adjustable strap/belt...I would definitely think a more bucket type bag would hold more stuff than the flat ones...I know when I take kids to Hershey Park, we need tons of stuff, like wet wipes, kleenex, candy, etc. Not sure what we will do this year if they won't allow bags in!

I didn't reply in a long time! How is that possible?? Now that I look at the posts again, it turns out better than expected  Roll Eyes

Glamis, I commented your bags in the post itself, but I'll say it here too: Great idea!! They area all fabulous, my fave is the apple though.

hax, what a nice crossbody!

AIMR: you are changing avatars so quickly, I can't keep up with you, hahaha! Yesterday you had a nice avatar; I believe a picture of you as a child/teenager, right? That was so cute! Not that I don't like your dotee  Tongue

Thanks for the link of the fanny pack (weird word, if you ask me!) They are convenient, I totally agree! And I don't care about my looks hanging upside down in a roller coaster, hahaha  Grin As long as my wallet and keys are still there after the ride, it's fine by me!

Crafty news: nothing happened on the Amy Butler bag!! Somehow I got distracted by a bag-challenge. I blame kaz814 for that!  Grin Wink

that is exactly why we call it a bumbag over here though folks tend to wear them on the front not the back  Roll Eyes

Fannypack is a weird word...and very naughty in some countries Wink....

Oh my goodness, I'm glad you told me!! Hahaha, I didn't know that!! I looked it up on Wikipedia, learned about buttock too  Grin Hihihi..

Wikipedia:
A fanny pack (US, Canada), belt pack (US), belly bag (US), Buffalo pouch (US), hip sack (US), phany pack (US), waist bag (or waistpack) (US), hip pack (UK), bum bag (UK, Australia, Oceania, Ireland), or moon bag (South Africa), is a small fabric pouch secured with a zipper and worn by use of a strap around the hips or waist.

What??  Huh  So many names for just one item! We call it a hip sack/bag.

Well, at least now I know! I had never heard of the word fanny pack before!

And yes, AIMR I entered a bag! Just fun and cute, which I think "fits" me  Cheesy
