Gorgeous sweater!  I can't believe you have only been knitting for a year!

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

It's gorgeous!  Absolutely wonderful job... I can't believe you have been knitting for such a short time.  I have been knitting for 25 years and am still mostly relegated to squares and rectangles.  You should be very proud!

Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without.

Wow, you did such a great job in such a short time. I've been knitting for years and still only know the knit stitch. Cheesy

That is absolutely beautiful! I love the high collar! This sweater makes me want to try to knit again. I am a crocheter and find it super hard to knit. Good job!  Grin

This is FANTASTIC! I've been knitting for almost 7 years (on and off and self-taught as well) and haven't even mustered up the courage to knit a sweater.  Smiley
