My dad is a big Spokane Chiefs fan, which is a local hockey team we have here. He bought a shirt at the last game we went to, and I looked at him incredulously and told him that I could make a shirt just like that. ^_^ So I did for Christmas using the freezer paper stenciling method, that I have come to love. I found the images online.

This one turned out better than the second one. This one was easy because it was just two colors and nothing overlapped. So nice!
And here are a couple progress shots:

The first layer of freezer paper with the blue paint on.

And without the paper before I added the next layer
The next shirt is the Chiefs logo. I had trouble with the layers on this one, there was some bleeding and it needed a lot of fixing at the end to make it look ok. But, its passable.

And progress shots! Yay yay progress shots!

The freezer paper with the white paint on.

The first layer without the paper.

The blue was the issue. I had a lot of touching up to do after this layer. I don't think I got a shot of it because I was so angry with it and I wasn't sure if I could salvage it. Somehow, I managed. But it took a lot of painting with a paint brush to do.

Thanks for looking!
