i would second craftymamabee's snazzy as a worthy follow-up to spiffy Cheesy

Oh, CraftyMamaBee is in the game too  Cheesy! Snazzy, I like it already!

But okay, I admit that this is the second time you girls came up with such a cute, funny word I had to "google" to make sure I understand! Ha, but I do! And I agree with Susan and silentblair, that snazzy is a good one too!

Will add that to my vocabulary, it might get somewhere with the adding of those funny words! You don't get to learn those in school or in English books (not even in the English Harry Potter books  Wink yes I did read them in English )

Oh, I don't have an update, just NEEDED to reply to snazzy!

Snazzy.  Spiffy.  Sleepy. . . . Me - I have my plans and supplies, just need to jump in now - I've made what I'm making in my head already.  And I'm pretty happy with everything!!   Smiley  Just checking in - nothing exciting from my little corner of Kansas.

Ha ha ... I actually googled synonyms of spiffy and got snazzy! Ha, ha! I wanted to play too! Well my idea for an extra did not work out so well and I'm afraid I am going to have to try something else... hmm... and I will be mailing out on Saturday!!! The walk to the post office is a little too far for me Ha ha!

But on to get back on track I am really hoping my partner likes her package with a different extra... But the show must go on!  Cheesy

I made my basket and my extra yesterday and I love how they turned out!

Then I decided I had to make 1 other thing, so I did that this morning and I am very happy with it as well.

I have just a couple finishing touches that I need to go to the craft store for (hopefully tomorrow) and everything will be done!  I am planning on sending the package out Monday.

I need to make about a million of these baskets to house all the random stuff that seems to appear around my house.  It would at least make it all nicer to look at. Smiley

Well my little extra is all done I do hope my partner likes it. The basket is almost done. Hopefully by Friday I can have it ready to ship.

Not of the subject of the swap but I just wanted to tell every one that I was the recipient of a RANDOM ACT OF CRAFTY KINDNESS and I received a wonderful little blue felt heart with a flower on it. The sewing that was done was in amazing little stitches. I have it hanging on my light next to my chair so I can look at it. Thank you to who ever did it.

Hello everyone!
I am still here and crafting! I took my boys back to my hometown to celebrate Mardi Gras - we had a great time! I have to play catch up at work tomorrow, but I am sitting down for a LONG crafting day on Friday!

Woohoo!! I am sooo excited to hear read that!!

I am sorry, you will have to be more patient with me.... I didn't have the time or energy to do some more sewing this week. But the good news is that I have a holiday coming up, with lots of time to make a GOOD extra, the coasters and .... well who knows what... Wink

But you're rocking it girl! I'll be impatiently waiting for the snazzy things to arrive here. hahaha Grin
