i was just reading this and had to comment - i live in the states and we had milk in bags when i was in middle school but that's the only time/place i have ever heard of it. they were little single serving clear bags that you just poked a straw into. MUCH MUCH MUCH less waste that way, which is why they were doing them. we had chocolate and white, lucky us...
