and Teamama the tree is made from DMC floss 3 diff browns and 2 diff greys.. i just glued it on and the big tree was my very first attempt at blowing indian ink.. think next time i shall color the backgrounds ...mmm anyone have more tree themes??

Those trees are so cool! I really like the whole set, that would be nifty to put on the wall somewhere.

So happy Kwality likes my Kitsune ^.^ I wasn't sure his tails were gonna work out for a while there. Fiddly things.

OH MY GOODNESS - Kwality's monsters as always, the moving key and embroidery cards by Mountains and Clouds, the kitsune fox, the "blown ink" tree series - there are so many great cards this time around!

But I have to say, that so far the cards I received are my favourites! People did such a great job on these!

This week I got four cards in as many days. That was exciting!

First up - Mountains and Clouds with my mask theme. She did not disappoint! She did a great version of the Balinese mask Topeng Keras - I may have to find the time to chose her Balinese theme in turn to reciprocate,
(by the by, Mountains, if you don't know of the book "Balinese Masks: Spirits of an Ancient Drama" by Judy Slattum and Paul Schraub then get it from your library! I took mine out so often that I finally bought my own copy. It is so inspiring! I have to go to Bali sometime ...)

and then I got WitchHippie's version of coffee - she not only soaked it in coffee overnight (!) but it is the molecule of coffee itself!
The really funny think is that she didn't even have to label it - before I went crazy and decided to have a career in the arts I was in chemistry! How wonderfully serendipitous is that!


and then I got the most wonderful portraits from WideEyedLife!
Just LOOK at this green one! Stunning! I can't get over her features, they are just so lovely. My baby really likes this card too.


and this red one - I totally thought that she takes after Audrey Hepburn, and that's just what Jessica wrote about the card! Great minds think alike ...


Man Jessica, keep drawing because your cards just keep getting better! I love the use of monochramatic schemes.

Keep 'em coming everyone! I'm going to have to find some more time to claim!

So, I got some awesome ATCs!

Then I received from tastyclaythings. She choice Pintrest Inspired and make me a tree.

I got some great cards a few days ago. Sorry for taking a while to post them, we had a snow storm that knocked out our power for the past couple of days. But its back now.  
First two cards from AmandaBL for Artists Choice, fitting my cameras theme


They are both but out so you can see the picture in the film when you hold it up to the light.
and then also a card from  jmiller614 for my Harry potter ABCs theme,  so much detail in the card. Its M for Marauders Map!!
