Not sure if this is necessarily the right category, but I figured it's a better "cooking tip" than it is a "paper craft" Wink

I guess this is something you learn after having had it for a while, but for now, I like having it accessible, and not having to browse through the book to find it, when referencing what is "beat" and what is "whisk", etc. Smiley

So I copied down the text from the manual into a word document, found a pretty little image online (which I posterized in pixlr), and put it on my wall! Much quicker, and rather comforting Cheesy

You must be loving your new toy, the color is fantastic!  What have you made with it so far?

Yes, it's amazing! I've needed one for years, but never bought one due to lack of space, but now I've retired the toaster and let it have that spot. (we barely eat any bread anymore... cookies we eat a lot)

I've made the four flavors of shortbread in the box next to the machine Cheesy In two weeks it's my turn to host the "fika" (baked-goods-time!) at work, so I'm trying to get used to how to handle it. Then it'll get some more exercise with korova cookies, and possibly some cheesecake (or beet cake, beet cake is awesome)

...the diet is going well Wink

Inspiration without application is moot.
