Oh I can't believe I did that. I made a full post, was previewing it and hit refresh and it's all gone! here I go again lol
 My awesome package  from noturavgeek has arrived, Here i what I recieved
 

 My items cam in a box I will be reusing  

 Inside the box I can clearly spot some sort of sock critter

 I think it's a zebra. It's Huge and wonderful

 A lovely painted Tin with really pretty butterflies along the sides

 inside it holds a Jack ornament and a pair of sopcks. long, awesome socks  that I can make my own huge sock monster with

inside the orange box was another pair of awesome long socks and pretty glitter glue.

 and last but not least is this really lovely painted birdhouse. Fantastic for Halloween but pretty enough to  be out all year

Glad you like it FairyWings!!! I just impressed myself when I noticed the seam on the sock created the mouth and nostrils for the zebra lol

I know that at least 5 people will have pictures to post, myself included when I get my package from Lany I am chomping at the bit waiting for her to get mine all while kicking myself for not taking pictures of it myself! You would think that I would some day learn to do that before I package it up but if you did then you would be incorrect. x: It's been what feels like at LEAST two weeks since I sent mine out to her so I hope it gets there and there is just a lag in America sending to Ireland.


Got back from a trip to the shooting range today and did WAY better than the last time I went since I got contacts. Last time my commander let me wear his glasses while I shot and he STILL did better than me. That was way embarrassing so I defiantly had to do better this time, and I did.

Lany received the package I sent her and enjoyed it. So glad my project for her was a success! Can't wait to see the pictures she puts up!

I was partnered with the marvellous Mad Hatteh, who went out of her way to make this swap amazing for me (and all of us!!)

She really spoiled me, with most of the box belonging to the theme of Star Wars and I'm gonna start with the main AMAZINGLY AWESOME thing she made for me!

It's a QUILT!!! A QUILT!!
I dunno how she managed to fit it into the box!! xD


She has a star wars fabric stash and I was lucky enough to be made something outta it! xD It's super awesome!! It's really soft and I love hugging it when I'm reading a book in the evenings!!

The  quilt has another awesome side that incorporates other themes of mine xD
Scooby Doo, bright colours and harry potter
I'm in awe of how she used tshirt fabric (so hard to sew!!)

She didn't stop there!!
She made me an awesome wristlet =3 outta fab star wars material
Its really comfy to wear and use
And I love the purple zip and orange bead that's attached to the zip, it's so cute!!



INSIDE the pouch she also sent me these awesome figurines and cards!



She also sent these fabric patches
(they include some from her life in the US Army, and Some of myother themes like pretty patterns and day of the dead and more Star Wars fabric )
(I should mention the amazing sewing thread! Its MULTICOLOURED!!)


And last but by no means least all the extras she sent!! A star wars commerative coin and a legend of zelda lan holder thing, patches (<3 them!) and an american star wars happy meal toy and pink floyd badge and her pretty card

Also I haven't really been keeping up with the gallery
All the stuff here is awesome!! I'm completely jealous of everybodies talents!! I wish i could sew and woodburn and crochet as well as everybody here!!

I hope my package arrives!!
I put tracking on it so nothing should happen (A lot of letters and cards and packages have been "mysteriously" disappearing the past while around here and I've filed so many lost items and lost cards reports it's getting beyond a joke)

Anyways!!

Yaaay!! I'm off to snuggle up with my quilt now

Well, I decided to go ahead and post pics of the things I sent hazelly.  I picked her theme of Elements (Wind, Earth, Air, Fire).

First up was a circular needle storage wall hanging, made out of my favorite map fabric to represent "Earth".



Next up was "Water" and "Fire" which was a tote bag and a circular needle storage book thingy whatever.  It had fabric pages with pockets. Color is a little washed out in this photo, oops.



For "Air" I made a windchime of shells and beach glass.



To combine all four elements, a yarn storage tin covered with sculpey. The yarn is supposed to feed through the top (in theory - my yarn/knitting knowledge is pretty close to zero)

And just for silliness, a crafting die.  For the sides, Sew, Craft, Sculpt, Knit, and the one you never want to land on -- Clean!
