Master Chief Plush
Status: Complete
Made: January 2012

I took up this project as a challenge for myself late in 2011 and after about a month of tinkering with the pattern and sizing, I think I finally got everything finalized correctly!

Master Chief is about 12" tall and made up of over 90 assembled pieces. I added a metal frame inside that allows for some limited posing. (The fabric tac used to glue on the armor makes him a bit stiff and harder to pose, but he can stand on his own if balanced right.) In timing the other Halo Dolls I've made so far I can usually complete one, start to finish, in about 12 hours.

The detail in that toy is wonderful, all that layering is gorgeous.

You don't need a permit for a glue gun.
