This is so cool. I am a diabetic and carry my Splenda with me.I am currently using a snuz tin, which I covered with shiny foil tape.HARD to carry and harder to find in the bottom of my bag. This will make a fine replacement for the tin as well as a great gift idea! Thanks for this. Kiss

The design is great. Thanks for the tutorial! I might even manage this one Cheesy
Also: I'm so jealous of your scissors. They're so beautiful. I only have a basic pair of scissors.
I bet such a tea wallet would look great sitting on my kitchen table. I really need to make on.

I spent some lovely hours recreating these! I took my time and I have a few ideas to help me the next time: Make the pockets a smidge longer so I can be sure to get them sewn IN. Also, when I sew the middle seam to create two sides, I will always start from the bottom edge and sew UP. I messed up  on the Oriental fabric one, the ONLY one that had a one way design... figures! So, it opens backwards! The woman I will give it to, is very sweet , and will overlook my mistakes!  These were so much fun to make, and I will do several more, to keep aside for gifts for folks who need some TLC ... and a cup of tea!
I am too new to post the pics, so i hope this link works!

The fabric designer is Tina Givens, the name of the fabric design line is Opal Owl's House, and the manufacturer is Free Spirit.  There's some of this fabric for sale on Fabric.com, and I think there is some for sale from this line on Etsy too.
