I think this is a great idea. My dad was e-mail pals with a man from Australia, and he sent us a bunch of candies and such that we don't have in the US. It was so cool! Does anyone know if they still have those chocolate gummi-type candies in Australia? I think they were called Allens...and they looked like little people.

I'm glad there are people pumped about this!  I think that for the trades we should do it on a one on one basis so we can individually decide what exactly we want to spend, and so that no one gets left out or forgotten about.   Are there any other ideas about how something like this should be run?

I would really like some nice knitting magazines, i'm getting sick of all the knitting patterns in the US being so loose and baggy, i would love to trade for some recent copies of phildar or rebbecca mags.  i also love chocolate!!!  I also have a fascination with yarn from Japan, it seems so much more colorful and exciting!

I sorta remember little chocolate things called something like Coffee Crisps from Canada.
I would do anything for one of those things again!

You guys don't have Coffee Crisp?!?!  I don't even like coffee and I think those things are awesome!!  Wow, I need to join this swap.  I sense a need for my Canadian goods.  Wink  I don't really know if there's anything in the US that we don't have, though... except McDonald's Veggie Burgers.   Tongue
