Gorgeous work!
Happy bday ogd, and I hope you get better quickly  Undecided

"That's my lab table and this is my work-stool. And over there is my intergalactic spaceship! And here's where I keep assorted lengths of wire."

...oh, if it wasn't clear, I'm rarely completely serious. Smiley

I know they say once you get them you can't get them again - BALONEY!
Hope you're better soon though.
well partially true, you can't get them from someone else, but the herpes virus is dormant in your body  after you have chickenpox and it can outbreak multiple times on it's own. My grandma had them so many times, it's no fun.

I received my beautiful hoop from tarmine626 today!
Well she combined...

a Cheshire cat and an Alice and made...

a hoop! The overlapping parts are left unstitched but oh! look at those stitches!

Wait what? This ain't machine embroidery? Yep! That's some neat stitching! Impeccable.
And to think this is her first embroidery piece (she did the "Video Games" cross stiched hoop on my wall before so I knew she's got skills before Cheesy)...

Thanks so much Martine, I'll try extra hard to make your hoop good Smiley
IIIIIII made it myself!!!

Wow, Everyone has been doing such amazing work!

I think the Alice multi silhouette is keen, and such beautiful stitching!
I think that the "dream" is awesome, I bet you are the queen at french knots now! Plus I am curious what your base fabric was? Is that jersey knit?
The Owl dangling silhouette hoop  - I am actually still wrapping my head around the possibilities it presents.

Seriously amazing stuff!

I think that alice hoop is my favorite so far, if only it was in a different color - not a big fan of pink. And that owl one is just awesome too, I love how unique they both are!

And I have received my hoop today. It's really pretty, I put it up in my kitchen for now but will prbably move it to my kids room because it will match very nicely with the decor there and they have no wall art yet. Thank you Robin!
