I may or may not have had a huge set back tonight. In the formof a severe sprain/possible. Break of the left elbow/forearm/wrist region.  I am chilling with ice and will likely head to the emergency later this evening if the swelling and range of motion don't turn.  dammit.

Family skate night for the school.

 I play hockey twice a week and haven't fallen in four years. We play on outdoor rinks weekly. And I don't fall. We public skate. I don't fall. And if it didn't hurt, hubby's face when he was looking me would have had me wet myself. He didn't even think tolook down.

 Got wiped out from behind by a grade three.

I'm thinking it's elbow not wrist. Which could be worse long term. And blow off the rest of hockey season and royally mess up dragonboat season. not to mention moving. Setting up house and new craft room.  And crafting. Sigh. I do not have time for injury.

I'm still around and getting ready to ship! I've just had a string of poor reactions to new medications, all of which prevent me from driving, or even leaving my house. I'll have to send my husband to the fabric store if I can't get my mom to do it, but luckily I just need easy to find stuff.
