All right, my Dollar General store has all the left over christmas stuff heaped on a table for a quarter each. And there's a ton of those soft plushy fabric stocking, in red and dark green. They're nice to pet, but what could they be made in to? I resisted buying any, because I hadn't a clue what they could become. I only hand sew, and not too much of that! If I can get a good idea, I'll go back and see if they're still there.

Red ones become valentine's hearts, even just cut out & stuck to cards. Green ones, erm, shamrocks for St patrick's day? Or maybe use either with some gold braid for a truly indulgent chocolate box?

Look twice, buy once. Nooooo
Look twice, decide I can make one instead.

Stuffed animals (again Valentines day or St. Patrick's Day)

Fuzzy cutouts for scrapbooking

Journal page covers for a tween's journal

A really cool Christmas throw pillow- cut into squares and make a patchwork?
