I would like to say HI, as I am new to the board and unsure where look for things, is there a road map on how to use the site?

I have only started quilting as of middle last year, and I am having a great time doing it.

Question

is there a easy pattern for a dog bed pillow, or something like that?

I have try to use the quilters foot on my sewing machine and I am not sure if I am using it right, is there any hints on how to use it?

Cheers..

There is a  pet section under home sweet home, you might look there for the dog pillow.

I'm a pretty new quilter as well, so as far as using the foot correctly I can't really say.  Is it a walking foot?  If it is it should move as you stitch and pull the fabric through the machine, so if it is diong that then you have it installed correctly.  I know that was the hardest part for me when I first got mine, getting it installed correctly.
