Monster High Swap Signups 1/27-2/12/12 SENDOUTS 3/26/12

This is a 5 point swap. One item must be medium or large.

Small Item = 1 point
Med Item = 2 Points
Large Item = 3 Points

For new swappers there might be a bit of a confusion as to what is a large, medium, and small item, so here's a handy guide:

Small = By time, 2 or less hours of crafting. By $$$, $10 or less. By size, Earrings, stickers, wallets, pouches, bookmarks…

Medium = By time, 2 or more hours of crafting. By $$$, $10-$30. By size, one single necklace or bracelet, a scarf…

Large = By time, 3 or more hours of crafting. By $$$, $30 or more. By size, A shawl, a shirt, a skirt, a set of jewelry with four to five items, a purse…

This is not totally set in stone, but is a rough estimate of sizes described by time it takes to make package, by physical size and by cost.
If you and your partner want to discuss different requirements, let that be between the two of you. We just don’t want disappointment if you send an awesome package and get the minimum from your partner (even though, obviously, everything sent is going to be out of this world…..haha, get it, since they go to space)

OMG! I want to join so bad. I love Monster High. I just turned 4 + O, lol. I have no idea what to make. I own almost every single doll. I am bit obsessed. Can anybody come up with some good craft ideas to jump start creativity? I will definitely join if I can think of something.

I'll also have to wait and see near the end of sign ups to see if I'll be able to participate. I hope I can, my kids would never forgive me if I couldn't do it.

Hey lylacfey, I'm sure if you sign up your partner will have some ideas too! I see you have a cricut (totally jealous btw, just started obsessing over them recently lol) maybe you could design some papercraft artwork inspired by the MH school environment! Kind of like these:

 Don't feel bad ylacfey. I am 35 and have 29 dolls (my hubby broke down and gave me my Cupid doll last night when I said I was going to join this swap). Once you sign up and get your partners info you will come up with a bunch of ideas.

smashu- Thank you about my Cricut. I did think of something to do papercrafting. I did come up with a couple of ideas.

gozer- My doll collection is that big too. I am saving up for my first custom Pullip. I counted tonight & I have eight Monster High Dolls. I can't wait for July when our Phantom of the Opera doll is released. I have the Bratz, Moxie's. Of course I have one Pullip. I have the Mini Blythe's. I have the custom Barbie's.

I have a couple of more weeks to sign up. I will be joining the last minute if I can.
