Wow!  Everything is off to a great start!  I'm impressed with all the shiny swap items already.

Those two packages are so well put together! Good work IHeartsTheArts and Gawd  Smiley Oh how I wish I could unsend my box and line it! I tried but it didn't look good enough so I thought better none at all then poorly done. Don't be nervous Velvet Rose I feel like everything else turned out! So this swap is already inspiring me to master lining boxes Wink

All the foodies Cheesy I think you ladies did a wonderful job, I'm really proud of you.

In other news, I received my package as well. It was like a week ago, but it was too big for my mailbox and the post office lies in the other direction, and we didn't have a car. I wasn't sure if it was from Annamaize, but I got that confirmed yesterday. Will post pictures tomorrow I think, today is a little hectic.

I got my box from arwenjade today!!! LOVE IT! I told her that I liked Romeo and Juliet, and she definitely ran with that theme... Here is the box:

It's dark green velvet, and screams Juliet to me Smiley

Oh look! It's full of fun stuff!

All of the stuff out of the box, including a paper rose, two bookmarks, a beaded necklace, a book of sonnets, a pincushion, a reusable bag, and some note cards.

The necklace:

Sweet pincushion:

These bookmarks are so cute!:

Paper Rose- so pretty... I love roses, they are my fav.:

Beautiful bag, with my initial! I think I am going to use this for storing jewelry in my purse or while I am traveling... it's a nice size for that:

And a book of Shakespeare's sonnets! I am totally keeping this at my purse so that I can quote Shakespeare at a moments notice! She did such a great job making this, it looks super professional:

And inside are all of the sonnets!

Thank you so much arwenjade! I totally love everything, you did an awesome job!

So beautiful! That rose is gorgeous, and I love the binding on the Persuasion book box.

I was so spoiled with my package!  Thank you, Adrienne!
Here's a pic of all the lovely items I received.  My camera died and I can't find any batteries, so I wasn't able to get close-up pictures of everything (but everything is in this first pic).  She also sent me a pretty little shadow-box, heart-shaped mold, ribbon, candle, and some pink pearls.

Adrienne decorated the top of the box herself.  Isn't it shiny?! This is my favorite item!

And a very nice necklace (love the branch!)

And a picture of a headscarf, with some pins, heart stone, and crystal.

Is the top of your box wood burned? Cool! The shadowbox looks nice too. I hope you find some batteries soon so we can see a better pic of it.  Smiley

PS. I like your tablecloth! lol  Cheesy

I spoke too soon.... But NOW I have pictures!!  Grin (Bad phone pictures though, my camera is MIA :C)

First is the box. I absolutely LOVE this box. It's already filled with some of my junk.  Cheesy When I joined this swap, I had a decoupage box in mind, so I was super excited to see this!

Next are the extras! The Raging Sloth sent me a lovely Phantom of the Opera hoop, a mini tricorn hat, a cute tiny picture frame (which is bothering me since I can't decide what to put in it!), wooden buttons, and stickers. Cheesy

I really love the hoop, I think I have to learn now.  Wink

Thanks again Raging Sloth!!
