When I saw the thumbnails for this in its own thread, I thought it was real. It's so amazing, thisbird! How did you get the texture on the sides? It's perfect!

Also, if this were in my house, I'm afraid I might chip a tooth, trying to bite in.  Cheesy

Bravo!!

Thanks everyone!  The texture was done with a combination of needle, toothpick and paint brush pricks.  Smiley  And as for the wrapper, its recycled from a cellophane bread wrapper that I trimmed with pinking shears, ( so it was actually only sealed at one end. ) Smiley  Glad you all like it!

I skipped over the pic on the home page because I am trying to diet and did not want to see yummy foods!!!

Whoa!  What a surprise to see it here!!! Cheesy

What a fun take on the theme...and so nicely done! I love it, but it would definitely make my vice worst than ever if that were my vice!

Oh knicker - coming from you that is high praise - (and completely untrue!)  I know for a fact there will be some mighty fantastical tins turning up soon! (And can not WAIT to see what you've come up with!!)   Smiley

That chocolate-y treat looks amazing!

I received a package from my partner, mandymoo13 today.  One of my vices is eating chocolate and baked goods.  Here is what she sent me:

And then, when you open it, a great scent of apple pie hits you, because, she made me a candle with that scent!

This altoid tin is great.  It's covered with baked goodies and smells like one too!
Thank you very much Mandymoo13!  You did a great job.
