I love the amineko and I believe this is the 3rd or 4th amineko I've made.  I made this one for my nephew for christmas and he loved it.  Orange his is favorite color and he loves cats, but sadly the poor guy is allergic to them.  I always follow the pattern for the head and body, but always make the legs, arms and tail longer. Hope you all like him

Gotta Love Nekoyama's work!! I have the book and I love it! I am attempting the challenge on Ravelry of 1 amineko a month for the year...

I did not know ravelry had such a challenge, I am going to have to go and check that out and possibly take that challenge!  I love aminekos and can't get enough of them, plus it would be a GREAT stash buster!!!
