i have about 6 picture frames that are maybe 0.25" wide (they fit prolly an 8x10 pic) and METAL.  I wish to make them pretty, but paint doesn't stick....   Undecided  Other than covering them in fabric, what can i do to these stupid things??

I'm not even stuck on making them into pic frames, per se.  i just caught a glimpse of a pretty sweet earring holder on here....     any other ideas of wtf?

Maybe use some super strong adhesive and glue on rhinestones, seashells, barbie shoes, etc.? Or maybe wrap pretty ribbon around the frame? Or cut out shapes in duct tape and stick them on? Just a little brainstorming...

Look! Round windows!
