I'm kinda proud of this one. I'm new to sewing and this was the first time I had worked with satin. Also the first time lining a garment, inserting a zipper and making a waistband. I forgot to take a before picture, but it was a black satin pillowcase I stumbled across at goodwill for a couple of bucks Smiley (sorry for the grainy picture quality)

That's the classiest looking pillow case skirt I've seen.  What a find, it looks like it was destined to be a skirt.  Very pretty.
