Altered Puzzle Pieces, Round 5 (Sign Up to 01/31; Final Send Out 03/13)

So I just browsed the gallery from Round 4 of this and I WANT TO PARTICIPATE  SO MUCH! I'm waiting for feedback now but hopefully I'll get in under the wire. I have themes I want to do for my husband (guns, tanks, planes--WWII era), my oldest daughter (sea creatures, blue, orange, water, bubbles, sea plants) and my youngest (pnk, red, yellow, sparklies, doggies, clothes, princess). But I have NO IDEA what I'd do for myself 
  Hmmz....I'll have to research and think some more on it and pray I can sneak in at the last second

WOOT! After a few hours thinking it over doing some ATC's for relaxation, I figured out what themes I'd like for myself ^^ Although without that feedback this would be a moot point but for FUTURE USE (because I'll join one of these Swaps eventually) I've decided on a number of themes:
#1 Manga/Anime/Japanese (nothing would make me happier than having a puzzle full of my favorite mangas!!  )
#2 Romance Movies-27 dresses. P.S. I love you, No Reservations, Ever after, Made of Honor, Pride and prejudice,
#3 Fairy tales- altered, Grimm Brothers, dark, Disney
#4 Scotland- kilts, bagpipes, greenery, houses, sheep, dancing,
#5 Crafts I love- Quilting, X-stitch, poppets, ami's, ATC's, scrap booking, polymer clay, jewelry, bleach stenciling, purse making
#6 "Dark" fantasy- faeries, angels, elves (this is the theme of my bathroom  )
#7 Black and white photography

  If anything, I'm going to be stalking this gallery and possibly asking for some personal swaps in the near future ^^

Is it wrong to start a new puzzle when the Picasso one isn't finished? I assembled some thrift store puzzles last night to make sure the pieces were all included and got some new theme ideas - Paris, London, Boston, and San Francisco.

Hmmm, maybe I'll offer my partners a choice. The location puzzle is a kids' puzzle with bigger-sized pieces. Not as large as Kris' the last round, maybe 4 - 5" a piece? I need a week to do all the crafting I want to do.

I keep telling myself no private altered puzzle swapping yet. I have too much to do, but oh so itching to get started. Don't be surprised if I cave and ask. Yes they are big peices. I'm almost done with Emily's.

   YES!!! I've wanted to do Irish dancing my whole life but my weak ankles and hips always prevented it  I still cry whenever I watch Lord of the Dance because it's a dream I'll never be able to realize. But those bouncy curls and those cute little black gillies just make me die. SO CUTE! 

    Smmarrt-----those Paris and San Francisco themes sounds appealing. Good food, good art, plenty of history.... LOVE IT! <3

I'm always up for personal swapping.  I could alter puzzle pieces all day.

My fruit one is about 2/3 done.  I'm thinking I'm going to start another, though, and give people a choice (or just give those who have already made me fruit pieces the new puzzle.)  I'm thinking maybe a color theme (I'm loving orange lately), or safari animals, or Jim Henson, or food wrapping/packaging...like pieces all made of candy wrappers and nutrition labels and the like...I can't decide if I like that or if it's just a little weird.

Looking forward to making groups and getting pieces out!
