I was inspired by something I saw on Martha Stewart's website.  It was a kid's craft for altering matchbooks and filling them with candy.  I kind of got carried away...  The heart on the top is made of stamped polymer clay with a sparkly doo dad.  Inside of each there's a tiny traditional valentine's day image.  And M&Ms!

These are so sweet, MW. I really like the hearts on top. I need to pull out my poly clay. I'm no good at sculpting but I can stamp!!

Thanks, Lime!  I only used white clay, then painted it after baking.

these are adorable - what a great idea, (although I need WAY more M&Ms that you can fit in a match box.)  Wink

So cute!  I think that making decorative elastic bands to keep the matchbox closed might be nice though.  Kind of like a bento band?  Maybe put the hearts on the band?  I think I'll be trying this. =]
