This didn't start out as an apron i don't even remeber what is started out as.. just remeber seeing this darling *pink* fabric in my scraps box every time i dug for fabric. No this isn't my best job.. I plan on making another good one soon.. But i thought the idea was pretty swell.
I'm always losing my scissors!! ALWAYS!! So I made myself a Tactical Sewing Apron. Heh.

That's what it looks like on

Despite the fact I look amazingly pregant here.. I promise it's just my pj's.. lol

And this is it laying out flat.

My next one i plan on making a few more pockets, and A different way of fastening.
The reason I like this is it's small and cozy and fits well when i sit.. So it's not always in my way or hanging on my knees Smiley

Nicely done, and that's a great name for your product, hee!  I, too, often feel like sewing is a strategic battle.  I love custom-made things like this, because then you can have all the pockets exactly the right size and placement to suit you, instead of someone else's idea of what you need.

this is an excellent idea, i'm always losing sewing supplies too, i find them scattered around the house, how that happens i'm not sure.

what did you use for fastening? you said you're going to change it?

right now it's just a thin peice of ribbon i had laying around.. but silly me sewed it onto the middle.. no the top.. so it's a little tipsy, But other wise it's nice.. Now when im done sewing i just roll it up and stick in it with my sewing supplies, and it keeps me from using my sewing scissors on other projects, as well as the great search to find all my stuff Smiley i love it!
