Been out of the loop for a bit, doctor's appt's for surgery prep as well as getting financials in order beforehand have been taking up a lot of time.

Here's my 2 awesome patches from Oodelally!!

I'm in love with the butterfly one!  And we all know what a button freak I am.  The fabric scraps will likely be making an appearance in a couple of TM projects I've got planned out in my head.

Detail shot on the butterfly:

Was the glittery-ness printed on the fabric, or did you do that?  Simple embroidery and nothing else can be some of my most fave embellishment on these Smiley

Thanks so much!  I had great fun creating my patches and I'll surely be back for another round Smiley

I am soooo sorry it has taken me this long to post pics of the wonderful patches I received from FrankSpinello.  They are absolutely fantastic.  AND more frogs!  I love how she has stitched it to give it a three dimensional effect.  The leaves are wonderful.  The little bird patch is amazing.  The embroidery is absolutely fantastic.  Thank you so much.

Sure did Silvermoon! My daughter keeps pulling it out to show any random person that comes to my house Tongue .. Pretty sure I did a post a few weeks back with your patches as they were 'personal' rather than this swap Wink... going to go back and check now :/

It's not cheating! It's gorgeous.
I know that because I've got one of those patches in front of me as I type and It's really effective.

My patches are a bit lumpy around. I noticed they were getting that way but I'm ok with it. It's all in the effect. Having said that, I now see KwiltyKate's patches and realise how square they can actually be made Smiley

I'll get pics in the morning. Mum has my scanner and my camera doesn't like them at night.
