Ooooh la la! J'taime le Tour de Eifel!

Haha, I love it when people try to speak French Cheesy

It wasn't a critique, quite the contrary!

That leaf patch has to be my absolute favorite of what's been received so far!  Super creative!  I never would have thought to make a patch in that shape Smiley  I could so see making that larger and making it a focal patch in a piece and building around it.

I'm super stoked for my partners to receive!  Both packages went to Australia, though, so I'll have to be patient....

Wow, that leaf patch is kinda stealing the show here, what a stunner!
The last 3 remind me again how much I love buttons, I wish I'd used more of those! I'll have to remember for next time.

Here are my most excellent patches from Geniale, what a perfect package to wrap up this swap for me Smiley.

All three (with a personal back story and everything) including some sweet fabric for me to make more patches with.

Very groovy! I am certified to teach yoga, I love monkeys and my name is Joy!

Incredibly detailed stitching, I'm so impressed.

This is so wonderful, I love the colours and the handmade button very much.

Thanks so much! And thanks to our organizers and all the participants for sharing their work here in the gallery and in the discussion thread. This has been such an inspirational swap!

The bad news: There is no key to happiness.
The good news: It isn't locked.

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

I'm glad you like them! I didn't know you taught yoga... groovy indeed Cheesy
After all that stitching, I grew very attached to the flower one, I may have to recreate a similar one for myself.
