Looking at all these amazing patches is making wonder if what I sent off will be OK.  I can't get over the variety and the detail involved in all of your work.  This really is an impressive swap.

I received from MintDawn today! My favorite is the embroidered spirals. Beautiful work. She did all her needle work before she put it together, so it is very neat on the back. The cherry one must have been kind of hard to get the needle through. I know my fingers hurt. It has cherry fabric on the back.

Thanks for swapping!

and just cause i could, heres a shot of all the ones i have received and made myself. laid out. this is gonna be a coooooool wall hanging.

Now I have to tell the Sloth story. Emily is my 17 year old daughter.

Me: How do you like my patch?
Emily: Whaaat is it?
Me: It's a sloth?
Emily: I don't even know what that is.
Me: It's kinda like a monkey.
Husband: no it's not. Sloths are slow and lazy.
Me: OK, it looks kinda like a monkey.
Emily: Why would you make a sloth?
Me: her user name is sloth.
Emily: Why, is she lazy?
Me: Deep sigh, shaking head.......
