Okay, I think I finished my first item. Maybe. I may package it differently, but the actually making is done. I'm super proud of it and I love it. It's a medium I definitely need to do more often. : )

Ok, got all the ideas planned out for one partner. The other partner I've got a couple ideas but still trying to figure out the rest. Now I really just need to clean the ridiculous mess that is my room so I can find my supplies and get cracking on making everything.

Brainstorming ideas...thought others might find this useful:

Read the second part of #5: http://www.cracked.com/article_19210_7-insane-easter-eggs-hidden-in-movies-tv-shows.html

They actually have two different alien languages and invented a math theorem.  Talk about awesome!

Also, I have figured out two little items I am making for sure, another that I'm probably making, and am narrowing down ideas for a larger one.  I'm thinking I will be making the two small items shortly!  Yay progress! Cheesy

Um...that is pretty awesome, ErintheRed02!  I actually also enjoyed the first half of #5 and all of #6!  I'm forwarding to my SO because I know he'll get a kick out of it too!

#1 was pretty accurate... And the Silence of the Lambs thing was awesome.

Drafted a sketch of my small... I think I'm going to love how it looks. My boyfriend has to help me move a table with all his Magic cards (because who knows what sort of organization he thinks he's got going on there that I might screw up...) to get to my ---- for it.

My boyfriend has to help me move a table with all his Magic cards (because who knows what sort of organization he thinks he's got going on there that I might screw up...)

That just made me laugh cuz I have a few friends that would always get mad at me for looking through their Magic cards when I was bored and yell at me for messing up how they had them organized and I'd be like "I dont know what you think organized means, but this isn't it"

I remember hearing about that second more complicated alien language on one of the dvd audio commentaries a while back but never went and looked up how you do it. Also, on the dvd extras for one of the movies, I think its Bender's Big Score but I'm not sure and too lazy right now to get up and look, they have a whole thing where they explain all the math and science theorems and jokes that are in the show.

Just need to warn anyone that isn't familiar with the website, Cracked is highly addicting. Fair warning

Hopefully I'll be starting some of my smaller trinkets tomorrow! Cheesy

Found some stuff you guys might find useful.

A Futurama cast picture, like that Simpsons one that everyone has a poster of but with Futurama. I seriously wish I could find this as a poster, I may have to blockposter it.

And here's a couple sites with some different logos from the show and other Futurama inspired pics.

Of course I still couldn't find what I was looking for  Roll Eyes
