The Ugly Blanket - stash bustin' jamboree

Hey friends!

I had a huge stash of mismatched variegated yarn piled up in my craft closet so I decided - hey! lets make the world's ugliest blanket!

After a few months off and on, it is finally complete please excuse the unmade bed and iPhone photos (couldn't resist instagramming...)

It's just about Queen-sized - Double Crochet - worsted weight yarn for the most part

Such a simple, mindless project - very relaxing! My sister has already placed an "order" for a "wedding version" for her and her soon-to-be hubby

I might also do some calculations to find out exactly how many stitches there are in this blanket

wow! youre my hero. i started a camo blanket like this for my dh and its taking me FOREVER to finish it. its so heavy and hard to work with now. lol. LOVE the randomness of the color scheme!

oh my goodness i feel your pain! by the end, this thing was a BEAST to flip around when i finished a row... i was lugging it around in a rather large tote in the beginning but then it got too big for that haha
